 You place your pre order on the website and must send proof of payment to the cell phone number or email address. Orders will then be sent to the supplier and delivery will start once the supplier has received all the orders. This process will take roughly 3-7 working days.

Refunds may be done within 3 days after delivery. If the product is defective in any way, you will be refunded or the product will be exchanged for another one.
